Ģý (FME), the worldĢýs leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases, has achieved recognition as the top Nr.1 company in the Boston Consulting Group's (BCG) Gender Diversity Index Germany for 2024. With this prestigious award, the management consultancy acknowledges the substantial efforts that FME has made to date in the area of diversity management. Ģý improved from the 29th place in the previous year to first place.
The ranking, now in its 10th year, has been featured in the latest issue of the esteemed German business magazine, the ĢýManager MagazinĢý. The company achieved a total of 88 out of 100 points.
With this evaluation, BCG aims to highlight specifically on gender equality in the 100 largest German companies. To achieve a perfect score of 100 points, it is essential that women occupy 50% of all board and committee seats within these organizations and earn on average the same as their male colleagues.
In addition to the company's leading position in this year's German edition of the Gender Diversity Index, two top female managers have received notable recognition: Helen Giza, CEO of Ģý AG, and Dr. Katarzyna Mazur-Hofsäß, as board member responsible for the MedTech segment of Care Enablement, were acknowledged in the ĢýTop 100 WomenĢý article featured in ĢýManager MagazinĢý.
